Our Story

Hi I'm Michelle a self taught baker that has been baking since I was a young girl in my mom's kitchen. I've always been a curious and creative person wanting to try new and different things and baking was a way to use my creative talents. Not only is baking a helpful stress reliever, but I'm happy when I do it, and when you do something that you love you put 110% of your effort into it. This is how you know you'll get a premium product from me because I don't skimp on quality. I think of each and every customer as if it was me, what would I want? How would I like my experience to be?  Just as I'm happy doing what I do, I want you to be happy with not only my products, but the service you receive as well.

When starting this company I started  with a vision to make delicious baked goods that were full of flavor and not just sugar. I believe in the value of homemade, handcrafted baked goods using high quality ingredients. I wanted to take ingredients from scratch and combine them together to make great tasting products.

Not only that, but I also wanted to make desserts that were different than the typical "chocolate" and "vanilla" mixed with "your choice of buttercream" theme. I wanted to take the guesswork out of what works well together and make products with flavors that compliment each other leaving a memorable impression on your taste buds.

So after many creative trials in the kitchen, a baking business was born. Because this is a bake to order business, products are baked in small batches using local ingredients so you know your product will be fresh. 

Also I believe you should get your money's worth so I try to use all edible decorations, and try not to use fondant. Why pay for something you may not eat. Just give me your vision and I'll try to make it possible.

Though no matter what you choose, you will be satisfied with every bite. So give the products a try and enjoy the "Sweetz" experience. You won't be disappointed.
