Delivery Terms

Delivery is available to limited areas of the GTA. A minimum fee of $25 will be charged for deliveries Deliveries will be made during the hours of operation from Mon-Sat 12pm - 4pm excluding holidays.

The delivery zone is limited to the following areas: Mississauga, Brampton, and some parts of Oakville, Etobicoke and Toronto. Because many deliveries are being made and also uncontrollable circumstances may occur such as traffic and weather, we ask that you please be patient, we will do our best to get your products to you on time.

Please also make sure to provide an email address and phone number when placing your order. Notification that your order is on its way will be sent to you via email.  Contactless delivery can be provided, but please make sure someone is available to receive your order when delivered. Since items are delicate, your order will not be left at your front door unattended. If no one is available to receive your order we will try to contact you. If we receive no response or instructions after 2 minutes, we will take the order back to the site. You can then make arrangements to have it delivered again for an additional delivery charge or arrange to pick it up. You can request to leave the product at your door, but please note if requested we will not be liable for the condition of your product once we leave it.
