Why do you need minimum 3 days notice to place an order?
Because this is a "bake to order" business, we need minimum 3 days notice to ensure that the appropriate ingredients are available for your order especially if there are custom designs or requests. If its a larger order we need minimum 10 days notice.
Do you need a deposit for orders?
Yes, only for orders $400 or more with a 30% non-refundable deposit
Is there a delivery fee and what is the cost?
Delivery is provided to limited areas of the GTA. There is a minimum $25 delivery charge for orders. Alternatively, you can also arrange to pick up your order in a shared kitchen that we bake out of in Toronto.
Are your products nut free?
We do not use nuts or bake with any nut products in our baked goods, and although we produce some of our products in a shared commercial kitchen that is not nut free, we use our own separate utensils and equipment to prevent cross contamination. If for any reason shared equipment needs to be used we make sure to thoroughly sanitize them before use.
Do you cater events or provide sweet tables?
Unfortunately catering and sweet tables are not a service that we provide, only delivery or pick up.
Do you make any gluten free items?
At this time we are not providing any Gluten Free products
Do you provide vegan products?
Currently we do not provide vegan products, but that may be something added in the future.
